The brownie layer is from my go to one bowl brownie recipe. The cheesecake filling is perfectly smooth and creamy. And the triple chocolate topping comes from a generous dose of chocolate chips, chocolate ganache, and homemade chocolate whipped cream, which makes this cheesecake out of this world.

How to make a brownie bottom cheesecake.
Brownie Bottom Layer
The brownie bottom layer for the cheesecake is made exactly like you would if you were making brownies, but instead of a baking dish, you’ll spread the batter in the bottom of a springform pan. Don’t forget to coat the springform pan with my homemade cake pan release so your cheesecake will easily slide out of the pan when it’s ready. After spreading the brownie batter into the springform pan, bake in the oven until it is just set, about 15 minutes, before adding the cheesecake mixture.
How to make a triple chocolate brownie cheesecake.
The filling for this cake is made from mixing together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and eggs. The cheesecake mixture is then added to the top of the brownie layer and put back into the oven until the center of the cheesecake is no longer jiggly.
After the cheesecake is completely cool, you’ll top the cheesecake with an easy to make rich and fudgy ganache. The ganache is made with only 2 ingredients; chocolate and heavy cream. Mix the 2 together and microwave until melted. Spoon the ganache onto the cheesecake and spread all over.

Homemade whipped cream is easy to make and taste so much better than store bought! This chocolate whipped cream is made by mixing together only 3 ingredients; heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa until stiff peaks appear.
